Spotify’s AI-Driven DJ Feature Expands

Spotify has unveiled a global expansion initiative for its AI-driven “DJ” feature, with the aim of elevating the experience of its Premium subscribers. Having been introduced in beta half a year ago, this innovative feature, akin to a bespoke radio presenter, was initially rolled out in the American and Canadian markets, followed by the United Kingdom and Ireland after a three-month interval.

Although still in its beta phase, Spotify’s “DJ” feature will now be accessible to Premium subscribers in around 50 international markets, including Australia, New Zealand, Ghana, Nigeria, Pakistan, Singapore, and South Africa, according to the company’s announcement on Tuesday, August 8.
